This is another segment of my ongoing project about Homer’s Odyssey.

The Odyssey: #26

This piece is part of an ongoing project of mine, about Homer’s Odyssey. I wrote a summary of what happened, then had several friends of mine read it out. I then selected segments of their speech and wrote music accompanying those. This is a segment containing several spoken parts.

String Quartet 1: Movement 1

This was composed for the John Adams Young Composers program and is going to be played in a few weeks, at which point I’ll upload the whole piece.

This is a jazzy klezmer (or klezmery jazz, whichever you prefer) which I wrote in January 2010.
